Kurt Voss, Chief Executive Officer
Kurt is the passionate and relentless CEO of AmeriLux International who intentionally creates win-win, strategic partnerships wherever he goes. Kurt launched the business in 2004 from the ground up. Today, AmeriLux International operates 65,000 square feet of production and fabrication space, and employs more than 40 people. His entrepreneurial spirit has also created AmeriLux Transportation, a trucking company, and AmeriLux Logistics, a freight brokerage firm. Kurt brings an infectious blend of compassion, drive, and creativity to his many personal and professional involvements, and is one of the busiest, most productive guys we know!
Julia VerHaagh, Chief Financial Officer
Julia is our funny, outspoken, publicity-shy CFO and marathon-running Yooper. A graduate of Menomonee HS and Northern Michigan University, Julia joined AmeriLux in 2008. Her detail orientation and direct manner in keeping the rest of us focused on the task at hand soon made her an invaluable part of the leadership team.
Patrick Gauthier, Vice President / General Manager
Patrick is our team-oriented Vice President / General Manager who enjoys building authentic friendships with customers and colleagues. Patrick received his MBA from UW Oshkosh, and joined the AmeriLux team in 2012. A big-hearted guy who genuinely wants everyone to succeed, he considers coaching his staff to grow personally and professionally his proudest accomplishment. He brings encouragement, focus, and discipline to our leadership team.
Joseph Nick, Director of Operations
Joe is our Director of Operations and the newest member of our leadership team. He joined AmeriLux in April of 2016. With a BS in Electrical Engineering, and an MBA from the University of Madison Wisconsin, he is busy working with the Distribution Center team to analyze our systems and processes. We look forward to the continuous improvements he will implement!
