Plastic Utility Sheets
AmeriLux International, in partnership with Menards®, offers high quality clear acrylic sheets and clear polycarbonate solid sheets. Acrylic and polycarbonate solid sheets are great alternatives for any DIY project that uses glass. These plastic sheets are lighter in weight, less expensive, easier to install, and will not shatter like glass.
Stocked in black and white, HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) sheets are an extremely strong everyday plastic with a highly durable surface that is moisture, stain, and odor resistant.

Polycarbonate Solid Sheet
Virtually unbreakable, polycarbonate solid sheets (monolithic) are extremely durable and impact resistant. These transparent plastic sheets feature high light transmission and optical clarity yet weight half the weigh of glass. Ideal for both indoor and outdoor projects, solid sheet polycarbonate has an excellent fire rating and is resistant to yellowing for years of use.

Standard-Grade Acrylic Solid Sheet
Light in weight yet durable, transparent acrylic sheets offer good impact strength and will not shatter into sharp pieces like glass panels. In addition, standard-grade acrylic sheets are ten times stronger than glass. A safer glazing option! Perfect for both indoor and outdoor projects. Clear acrylic sheets are easy to fabricate and form — glue, laser, drill, engrave, polish, or bend.

Easy to fabricate and form, these heavy-duty plastic sheets can be glued, drilled, routed, polished, and laser-cut.

These lightweight yet rigid utility plastic sheets feature an easy to clean surface that resists both abrasion and chemicals. HDPE sheets are easily fabricated and can be machined, drilled, and die-cut.
