Transportation & Logistics
To reduce lead times and improve on-time delivery with key customers, AmeriLux International started AmeriLux Transportation in 2012, a trucking company with its own drivers and equipment. With the formation of AmeriLux Logistics in 2015, AmeriLux has access to a network of qualified carriers and a wide range of freight shipping services - yet another offering to better serve the marketplace!
Sustainable Business Strategy
AmeriLux acquired Shape Products in August of 2020. Located in Menomonie, Wisconsin, Shape Products is a manufacturer of standard window wells, egress window wells, and window well covers. Shape is also a leading expert in both thermoforming and compression molding. By integrating these products and services into it's existing portfolio, AmeriLux can bring even more value to its customers while continuing to build a sustainable enterprise.
Additional Product Offerings
Enhancing its position as one of the largest distributors and fabricators of polycarbonate and PVC components for the building and construction industry, AmeriLux acquired EZ PVC in February of 2022. With locations in Las Vegas, NV and Tampa, FL, EZ PVC is an innovative designer and distributor of PVC components that include the brands EZ Liner™ and EZ Forms. This acquisition not only strengthens AmeriLux’s product offering, but also expands its geographic footprint in the United States.
