Upon completion of the new buildings in the winter of 2025-2026, AmeriLux will manage over 1.6 million square feet of distribution and warehousing space. The expansion is expected to create over 100 new jobs in manufacturing & warehousing, management & sales, and CDL drivers.
New Warehouse Expansion: Groundbreaking Ceremony
On October 1st, the AmeriLux Family of Companies and Keller, Inc. officially broke ground on developing a new warehouse space in the De Pere East Industrial Park. AmeriLux purchased the land from the city earlier this year to accommodate the company’s continuous growth and evolution.
Located about one mile south of AmeriLux’s Wisconsin-based corporate headquarters, the new buildings will provide approximately 500,000 square feet of distribution and warehousing space. With 200,000 square feet still available, AmeriLux offers several great options for companies looking for space from full 3PL/4PL services to leased space, and everything in-between.
