Since then, AmeriLux International has been committed to providing the horticultural, architectural, building, and construction communities with superior products and service and on educating the U.S. market on the features and benefits of polycarbonate daylighting.

    Amerilux International De Pere WisconsinFormed in May 2004, AmeriLux International moved into a new 20,000 square foot facility located in the East De Pere Industrial Park just south of Green Bay, WI.

    Master Distributor of LEXAN THERMOCLEARAmeriLux International became the Master Distributor of LEXAN™ THERMOCLEAR™ multiwall and corrugated polycarbonate sheet products.

    AmeriLux Agrilite and Trusscore ProductsDue to an increased use as a building material in the agricultural and industrial markets, Agrilite™ Corrugated PVC Liner Panels and Trusscore PVC Liner panels were added to AmeriLux International's ever-growing line of products.

    AmeriLux Building Expansion 2009With a growing customer base and an increase in product diversity, AmeriLux International nearly doubled in physical plant size, now occupying 37,000 square foot of production space.

    Amerilux LEXAN THERMOCLICK products

    With the U.S.'s growing demand for energy-efficient daylighting solutions in the architectural and building construction markets, AmeriLux International began distribution of the  LEXAN™ THERMOCLICK™ interlocking polycarbonate sheet systems.

    Amerilux LEXAN THERMOCLEAR Plus Products

    AmeriLux International introduced the LEXAN™ THERMOCLEAR™ Plus high-performance polycarbonate sheet to the horticultural market along with an industry leading 20-year warranty.

    AmeriLux Lumira aerogel filled panels

    To further enhance the energy efficiency of its multiwall polycarbonate products, AmeriLux International became the exclusive U.S. distributor and fabricator of Lumira® aerogel-filled multiwall polycarbonate sheets.

    AmeriLux building expansion in 2012

    With the multiwall polycarbonate market in the U.S. growing, AmeriLux International completed a 23,000 square foot expansion to its warehouse facility, bringing the total square footage of operations space to just under 60,000 square feet.

    AmeriLux Transportation

    To continually provide value-added services and improve on-time delivery with key customers, AmeriLux International formed AmeriLux Transportation, a full-service freight transport company.

    AmeriLux Logistics

    AmeriLux Logistics, a freight brokerage company, was formed. AmeriLux Transportation would now have access to a network of qualified carriers and a wide range of freight shipping services – yet another offering to better serve the marketplace.

    AmeriLux Fabrication Services

    AmeriLux International expanded its fabrication services with the addition of a state-of-the-art CNC Router and an industrial scale Beam Saw, increasing cutting capabilities and providing a larger variety of fabrication services, component assembly, and turn-key manufacturing solutions.

    AmeriLux buidling expansion in 2017

    AmeriLux International built a 30,592 square foot building next to its existing facility in East De Pere with 161 unique storage locations, improving lot control, minimizing double handling of material, and enabling a FIFO inventory system.

    AmeriLux International purchased a custom-built multidirectional sideloader, significantly reducing the amount of time spent moving polycarbonate panels in and out of the new racking system.

    Amerilux Transportation and Logistics Office Building

    AmeriLux International acquired a 12,000 square foot building and an adjacent lot near its headquarters in De Pere, WI. The much-needed office space is home to the fast-growing divisions of AmeriLux Transportation and AmeriLux Logistics.

    AmeriLux Building Expansion 2019

    AmeriLux International obtained property for a 25,000 square foot expansion to Building #2, increasing storage capacity for an ever-growing product offering that now includes monolithic polycarbonate, acrylic, HDPE, and fluted polypropylene sheets. The AmeriLux campus has now expanded to 125,000 square feet!

    AmeriLux Aquires Shape Products

    As an effort to bring more value to customers and continue to build a sustainable enterprise, AmeriLux acquired Shape Products, a thermoforming and compressional molding manufacturer based in Menomonie, WI with 141,000 square feet of production and distribution space.

    In order to meet the needs of the market in the uncertain landscape of the COVID-19 pandemic, AmeriLux International pivoted to manufacturing and distributing hygiene barriers.

    AmeriLux Acquires EZ PVC

    AmeriLux International acquired EZ PVC, an innovative designer and distributor of PVC components for the building and construction markets. EZ PVC’s products include the brands EZ Liner™ and EZ Forms® and are prevalent in agricultural, vehicle wash, and plant growth applications across the United States, Canada, and the Caribbean.

    AmeriLux De Pere Wisconsin

    As the AmeriLux Family of Company grows, so did our need for additional office space.

    In 2023, our office staff merged from three separate buildings into one office space at 1300 Enterprise Drive. The former PAi office building now serves at the headquarters for the AmeriLux Family of Companies.
